How do I clear my H&R Block cookies?

To clear the cookies used by H&R Block’s website, follow the instructions below that’re specific to your Internet browser.

WARNING: Removing the cookies will not only reduce stored information but might also log you out of the website. Make sure this is what you want to do before proceeding.

  1. In the top right-hand corner of the window, click the icon with the three vertical dots.
  2. Click Settings and then click the icon with the three vertical lines on the top-left of the screen.
  3. Click Advanced, then select Privacy and security.
  4. Click Site Settings and under Cookies and site data, select See all cookies and site data.
  5. Select the desired site or URL and click X to remove the cookies.

  2. Click Safety and then select Delete browsing history.
  3. In the Delete browsing history list, select Temporary Internet files and website files.
  4. Click Delete.
